Island Estates

Island Estates is part of the Hammock Dunes Master Community and HOA and is located just across Florida Highway A1A on the Intracoastal Waterway. With two manned bridges providing access, the neighborhood is truly an island surrounded by water, and offers some of Hammock Dunes’ most spectacular estate homes, many along the Florida Intracoastal Waterway.The island is two and a half miles long and less than a half mile wide. The 200 homes here occupy large lots ranging from one to two acres, all waterfront.As part of the Hammock Dunes Community, Island Estates is located halfway between the St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and memberships are available to the Hammock Dunes Club and it’s 36 holes of outstanding, Audubon-certified golf courses, tennis courts, seaside croquet, casual and fine dining on the ocean and fitness center.As a resident of Island Estates you may join the Hammock Dunes Club, but it is not mandatory. Fees range from about $6500/year to $10,000/year depending on level of membership.
