Painters Hill

Nestled along the beachfrom ribbon of highway known as Florida A1A, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Intracoastal Waterway lies Painters Hill and Beverly Beach. Located just south of the “Hammock” community of Palm Coast and north of Flagler Beach, residents here enjoy a quiet, laid-back lifestyle along one of Florida’s quieter stretches of coastal highway. There is a mix of older and newer single-family homes here, including some oceanfront and Intracoastal-front properties. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, as is access to I-95, and the city of Palm Coast.
