Matanzas Woods

Matanzas Woods is located in the northwest corridor of Palm Coast and is the closest residential area to the “Nations Oldest City”, St. Augustine via US-1 and I-95. Also known as the “L” section, this area is poised for tremendous growth. New neighborhoods such as Sawmill Creek and Reverie Palm Coast are currently under development along with new commercial construction. 280 apartment buildings are currently under construction just east of the US1 roundabout. There are also new access ramps for I-95 proposed. This will be the next “phase” of Palm Coast and Flagler County’s growth and offers residents quick and easy access to the “Nation’s Oldest City” of St. Augustine and its plethora of dining, shopping and entertainment options.
