Hammock Dunes is a Luxury Oceanfront Golfing Community offering 36 holes of outstanding, Audubon-certified golf on two courses, the Tom Fazio designed oceanfront Links Course and the pristine, natural Creek Course, designed by Rees Jones. A gated community, centrally located between the “Nations Oldest City” of St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, the community also offers five miles of Intracoastal-Front property, two and a half miles of Oceanfront-property and private beach access, along with the Hammock Dunes Club and it’s outstanding dining and entertainment options and pool.You may join the Hammock Dunes Club, but it is not mandatory as a resident. Fees range from about $6500/year to $10,000/year depending on level of membership.There are 1220 residences here including single family homes, condominiums, and villas all in a serene, park like setting.
