Sugar Mill Plantation

Just outside of Flagler Beach, to the south, lies the stately community of Sugar Mill Plantation, with lush green lawns, old-growth live oaks draped with Spanish Moss, and large plantation-style homes. Most homes here have oversized lots, 4-5 bedrooms, just perfect if you are looking for some space and quiet solitude amongst the trees. This neighborhood is located on the same land that was once explored by naturalist John James Audubon in 1831, and is adjacent to the site of Bulow Creek Plantation and State Park, where he stayed during his time recording the bird species of North America.
